Jordan/Update 9:00 pm: Monitoring of the beginning of the flow of very cold polar currents towards the Kingdom, and their momentum will increase in the coming hours, leading to a significant drop in temperatures and precipitation in some areas.

Arabia Weather - The latest weather readings and analyzes indicate that it is expected that there will be an additional drop in temperatures in the Kingdom tonight, and the chances of scattered showers of rain will be renewed in parts of the north and center. Weather forecasters at the Arab Regional Weather Center say that the beginning of a flow of very cold polar winds has been observed from the southeast of the European continent towards the Kingdom, passing through the eastern Mediterranean, and its intensity will increase during the hours of the night and dawn tomorrow.

It is expected that the weather condition in the coming hours will differ in its characteristics from what it was in the past hours, as temperatures are expected to begin to drop rapidly and the weather will turn during the night hours to become very cold in most regions of the Kingdom.

It is also expected, God willing, that gradually during the night, the chances of scattered showers of rain will be renewed, God willing, in the north of the Kingdom, accompanied by hail falling sometimes, as it becomes shortly after midnight in the form of snow showers over the tops of the high mountain highlands, especially in the mountains of Jerash and Ajloun in the north. The Kingdom is generally light, while the precipitation in the center of the Kingdom is geographically and temporally distant, but it becomes in the form of freezing rain or mixed with hail and snow as a result of the flow of these polar winds into the Kingdom.

While temperatures are expected to drop to zero degrees Celsius or less over the high southern mountain highlands, the weather will turn bitterly cold, and frost and freezes will form in those areas and roads.
